I am a dedicated therapist and holistic healer specializing in trauma, sexual health, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I am committed to creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space for healing and self-discovery. Using modalities like EMDR, MBCT, and positive psychology, I help individuals navigate the intersection of identity, relationships, and emotional well-being through a multicultural lens. 

Additionally, as a Reiki Master, Chakra Attunement specialist, Silva Method Master, and energy healer, I integrate ancient wisdom with modern techniques to release blockages, restore harmony, and empower lasting transformation of body, mind, and spirit.
